11-21-08 Amenity Center Leak
Good News – The good news is the water problem at the amenity center is NOT a leak or anything major the Association needs to worry about.
Bad News – This is a Bexar Met issue and we are on their timeline. Right now they have put in a ticket for the meter repair (possible replacement) and are telling us it could be next Wednesday before the water is back on. I’m working my hardest to get this done sooner, even given them my cell phone in case they need me over the weekend, but again we are at their mercy.
I’ll keep you posted.

11-20-08 ProComm updates to the needed repairs throughout Sundance:
Fountains –
All pumps, drains and walls of the fountains have been drained and cleaned out thouroughly. All pumps and mechanics are working properly and now there are only a couple of final electrical issues being resolved. Once this is complete, the fountains will be functioning and we hope that to be within the next week and half. For their reference, KB is paying for all repairs necessary on this project.
Pond –
This one has been an ongoing nightmare that has taken many meetings with contractors, on-site inspections and times where we have had to “go back to the drawing board” but finally the drain has been cleaned and the pump and filter repaired. The pond will be in the re-filling phase for the next 3-4 days.
Surrounding the pond, some of the irrigation had to be torn up to complete our work, but this is also being repaired within the days it is being filled.
Thanks,
Sandra Vela, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
