Q:     Who do I contact if I suspect non-members are using our amenities?  


A:     Contact ProComm via email or phone.  Their contact information can be found here.  Additionally,  If a security guard is on duty you may notify him or her. 

Q:     Who should I contact if I encounter stray or loose animals in our neighborhood?

A:     You should contact Animal Control at 210-207-6650 line to report stray or loose animals.  Additionally, calling ProComm or sending an email advising them of the issue can help the Board follow up with any issues homeowners may be encountering.  You can find all the contact information on our community information page of this website.

Q:     Who should I contact if I would like to place an ad on this site?

A: If you would like to place an ad, and you are a homeowner or tenant, you may email your ad to the webmaster.

Q:     Why are some of the pages narrow and not displaying correctly in my browser?

A:  The internet hosting provider our HOA uses has explained that the cause of the error is a problem in the newest version of Internet Explorer (IE).  Our recommendation is to download a free browser: Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.  All are excellent browsers and will view our website perfectly.

Q:     Who do I contact if I have a question about amenity (Trails, Pool, Playground, Basketball Courts, Picnic Area, Workout Facility, and Clubhouse) upgrades, maintenance, and policies? (I.E. Will the baby pool be getting an awning to provide shade for the kids?) 

A:     The best way to find out about projects with the Amenities is to attend a monthly committee meeting.  These are held at the clubhouse and specific times and dates can be found by clicking here.  You can also contact the committee chairperson via email.  If you need to report a problem with one of the amenities, please contact ProComm at 210-545-1888 or via email.

Comment: Today 2/03/2012 was early release from most if not all NS school as I was driving by the park I noticed several people there. Later I also went to the park and noticed that several kids were wearing school shirts from schools that are not in our zone or in our sub division and some of them were stating how their school is so far away. Alot of people I'm sure come here and use our facilities that dont live here because they know that no one will question them. What is being done to help stop this from continuing? What can we do as homeowners and members of this community to stop this?
