Hello to the residence of the Sundance Family,
 
My name is Daniel Vidaurri and I am the Home Owners Association (HOA) Advisor for the Sundance Family as well as the chair for the Committee on Covenants.  I am writing to inform all homeowners of a meeting being scheduled for the Committee on Covenants.  This is the committee that covers the rules and restrictions set forth by the Home Owners Association.  The meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 21st at 5:00 pm at my house located at 13515 Sundance Scape. 
 
The board meeting for the HOA is scheduled for the end of this month (Wednesday, March 31st at 6:30 pm at Luna Middle School) and as most of you probably know, there have been many letters sent out recently regarding any and all rules and regulations governing how we keep our yards, homes, and other such things.  It is my desire to review these rules and make appropriate changes that apply common sense to the rules and make living in "OUR" community as pleasant and accommodating to me and my children, as well as your family and children.  Please join me for a review of these rules so that it is not the few that make the changes to rules that apply to all of us that live in the Sundance Community. 
 
As a note please try to review your copy of the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,and Restrictions for Sundance" that was provided to all homeowners at the closing of your homes.  (It is 26 pages long and states at the top of the page, "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,and Restrictions for Sundance.")  This will help to make the meeting go faster, be more organized, and cover the issues that you feel are most important to you and your family. 
 
I hope to see many of my fellow Sundance homeowners at this meeting, which I feel is important and affects us all.  Please respond via email if you plan on attending this meeting, just in case there is a larger number than my house can accommodate comfortably and the location can be moved.  Please feel free to contact me at home if you have any questions.
